Some more shadows to the front figures to give the piece a really dark feeling, and to make them stand out a little more against the background….

- finish – (at least with painter)

And here we go – I open the picture in Photoshop for the final color correction, sharpening etc...

I didn’t do much on the color as I liked it as it is – I just sharpened the picture to bring out all the texture a little more.
Adding my initials – and voila!!!! ----------- It is done!

Well it was not done ;-) – after looking back to it I thought the background should be a little bit brighter to give the painting more depth.
Therefore I also use Photoshop, select the area I want to have a little brighter, brighten it till I’m satisfied and keep that as an extra layer. I click a little forth and back between the two layers to make sure I really like it more that way.

And like Bob Ross would have said “Now I think we can call this one finished – Happy painting”

You see I’m not good in explaining things, but I hope the screenshots explain more than my words ;-)
If the tutorial is any helpful it was more than worth doing it :-). Any feedback much appreciated, just drop me a mail.

Thanks to all who like my work and support me in such a beautiful way.

Yours
Uwe
